1. The Promotion: What and how does it work?

1.1 What is this Promotion all about?
Jack Daniel's are giving you the chance to win a bespoke home bar plus 1000's other great prizes with Jack between 00:01 7th April and 23:59 27th July 2021. In England, Wales and Scotland, this is with every purchase of a 35cl/70cl/1L promotional bottle of Jack Daniel's from UK Tesco, One Stop, Booker, Premier, Londis or Budgens stores. In Northern Ireland, you can win by entering your personal details at www.winwithjack.com but you must reside and be domiciled in Northern Ireland at the time of entry into the promotion in order to win a prize or the prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry into the promotion.
1.2 How long is the Promotion running for?
The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 7th April 2021 and closes at 23:59 on 27th July 2021. The draw for the main prize to win a bespoke home bar will be held on 30th July 2021. There will be a bonus draw held on the 4th October 2021 to win one (1) Jack Daniel's drinks cart from all entries received between 00:01 28th July 2021 and 23:59 30th September 2021.
1.3 How do I enter this Promotion?
To enter the Promotion in England, Scotland and Wales, you must purchase a promotional bottle or multipack of eligible Jack Daniel's products from participating Tesco, One Stop, Booker, Premier, Londis or Budgens stores (while stocks last) and scan the QR code found inside/on the neck tag or promotional pack, or visit www.winwithjack.com. Enter your date of birth, full name, email address, gender, full postal address (including country) and the unique 8-digit alphanumeric promotional code inside/on the neck tag to find out instantly online if you're a winner. If you reside in Northern Ireland, there is a no purchase necessary entry route so you will not need to enter a promotional code on the site. If you win an instant win prize and your place of domicile at the time of entering the promotion is not in Northern Ireland, your prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry. Depending on the type of prize, winners will either be required to complete an online claim form or be sent an email with more details of how to claim their prize.
1.4 Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the Promotion?
An internet connection and valid email address are required to enter the Promotion and to claim your prize if you are a winner.

1.6 I don't have any of the participating stores near where I live, can I still enter the Promotion?
We are running this Promotion as an exclusive to Tesco, One Stop, Booker, Premier, Londis or Budgens shoppers. Promotional bottles are available to order from the Tesco website https://www.tesco.com/ subject to availability. Terms apply, see website for details.
1.7 How often can I enter and how many times could I win an instant win prize?
You can enter up to eight (8) times throughout the Promotional period including the Bonus Draw Period (one entry per week). You can win a maximum of one (1) instant win prize per person plus the bespoke home bar. Each code on the promotional neck tag of your bottle is unique and can only be used once.
1.8 Do I have to purchase a Jack Daniel's product to enter?
To enter the Promotion, you must purchase a promotional bottle/pack of Jack Daniel's from UK Tesco, One Stop, Booker, Premier, Londis or Budgens stores. If you reside in Northern Ireland, there is a no purchase necessary entry route where you will be required to provide your address when you enter the site. If you win an instant win prize and the delivery address you provide is not in Northern Ireland, your prize will be forfeited. Unless specified above other Jack Daniel's products are not included in the Promotion.
1.9 How old do I have to be to enter?
You must be eighteen (18) years or over to enter this Promotion.
1.10 How are winners notified?
If you are a winner of an instant win prize you will be notified online immediately after entering your unique code and personal details. If you win the bespoke home bar prize you will be contacted on the day of the prize draw held on 30th July 2021. If you are the winner on the Jack Daniel's drinks cart in the bonus draw held on the 4th October 2021, you will be contacted via email within 7 days of winning.
1.11 What details will I need to enter?
To submit your entry, you will need to enter your full name, date of birth, unique code, full postal address including country, gender and a valid genuine and contactable email address. If you are in Northern Ireland, you will not have to enter a unique code but if you win, you must be domiciled in Northern Ireland at the time of entry into the promotion and provide a delivery address in Northern Ireland, or your prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry into the promotion.
1.12 I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?
Only residents of the UK can enter the Promotion.

2. Prizes

2.1 What Prizes are available to win?
There are five thousand, six hundred and twenty-five (5,625) instant win prizes to be won throughout the promotional period, as well as the opportunity to win a bespoke home bar, and an additional Jack Daniel's drinks cart to be won in the bonus draw. There are four (4) different types of instant win prizes to be won, and these will be automatically allocated to each winner upon winner reveal.

2.2 Can I choose my prize?
No, if you have won, you will automatically be allocated a prize at random. If you are the winner of a Jack Daniel's limited-edition t-shirt, you will be able to choose the size, subject to availability. You can win a maximum of one (1) instant win prize per person plus the bespoke home bar. Jack Daniel's cannot guarantee that any prize will be allocated.
2.3 How long do I have to claim my prize?
  • For the Jack Daniel's neon lights, personalized glasses and t-shirts you will be asked to fill in a claim form at the time of your win. If this is not done immediately after being notified on screen you will be emailed a reminder and will have fourteen (14) days' to claim your prize.
  • The bespoke home bar and Jack Daniel's drinks cart require age validation which will be requested via email within seven (7) days of your win. You have fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your email confirming that you are a winner to reply to the email confirming acceptance of your prize and to provide sufficient identification (passport or driving licence). After this period, or if you fail to provide sufficient evidence that you are over eighteen (18), Jack Daniel's reserves the right to re-issue or withdraw the prizes as necessary.
2.4 How will I receive my prize?
  • The Jack Daniel's drinks carts, neon lights, personalized glasses and t-shirts will be sent to the address provided on your claim form within twenty-eight (28) days of claim submission. Whilst we cannot be held liable for any delays to delivery, if your prize does not arrive within twenty-eight (28) days please do get in touch with the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.
  • The bespoke home bar and Jack Daniel's drinks cart require age validation which will be requested via email within seven (7) days of your win. You have fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your email confirming that you are a winner to reply to the email confirming acceptance of your prize and to provide sufficient proof of age (passport or driving licence). After this period, or if you fail to provide sufficient evidence that you are aged eighteen (18) or over, Jack Daniel's reserves the right to re-issue or withdraw the prizes as necessary.
    2.5 I've received my prize but there's a problem with it, who should I contact?
    If you've been sent an incorrect or damaged prize please contact jack@winwithjack.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.
    2.6 I've won an instant win prize but haven't received it. What should I do?
    • For Jack Daniel's drinks carts, neon lights, personalized glasses and t-shirts, please allow twenty-eight (28) days for delivery before contacting customer services. If after twenty-eight (28) days you haven't received your prize, please contact jack@winwithjack.co.uk
    • For the bespoke home bar prize please check your spam folder. If you haven't received an email within seven (7) days please do get in touch with the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

    3. Bespoke Home Bar

    3.1 How do I win the bespoke home bar?
    All entrants who enter before the 27th July 2021 will be automatically entered into the bespoke home bar prize draw which will take place on the 30th July 2021. Each unique code entered gets you one (1) entry into the prize draw.
    3.3 What is included in the bespoke home bar?
    The bespoke bar prize will include an indoor or outdoor bar structure along with bar stools and a selection of branded items. Sample items include:
    • Neon wall sign
    • Football table
    • Speakers
    • BBQ
    • Glassware
    • Bean bags
    • Wooden barrel
    • Deck chairs
    This bar is fully bespoke so you will have a choice over the items you receive but this may be impacted by availability and space.
    3.4 How will the bar be fitted/delivered?
    Before you receive the prize, our Prize Provider will arrange a physical or virtual visit to your home or garden to work with you to decide where the bar will go, how it will look and the items it will feature. They will then arrange a time with you to come to your home or garden and assemble your bespoke bar.
    3.5 I only have a small space for the bar, is this OK/what can I get?
    Each bar is completely tailored to the winner's space and our Prize Provider will work with you to ensure that the bar will fit perfectly in the space you have, with the existing structures and requirements you have. They will make sure, no matter what space they are working with, that you are kitted out with a fully functioning home bar.
    3.5 Are there any restrictions for the bespoke home bar prize?
    All prize elements are subject to availability; Prize Provider home visits cannot be booked over UK bank holidays, weekends or national holidays; Max size of the bar is two (2) metres x two (2) metres; Winner's will be required to have one (1) x standard power socket in order for the home bar to be built.
    3.6 How long do I have to claim my bespoke home bar?
    The bespoke home bar and Jack Daniel's drinks cart require age validation which will be requested via email on the 30th July 2021 for the bespoke home bar or within seven (7) days of winning the drinks cart. You have fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your email confirming that you are a winner to reply to the email confirming acceptance of your prize and to provide sufficient proof of age (passport or driving licence). After this period, or if you fail to provide sufficient evidence that you are aged eighteen (18) or over, Jack Daniel's reserves the right to re-issue or withdraw the prizes as necessary.
    3.7 May my prize be impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic?
    The Prize Provider can conduct virtual site visits in the case of in-person contact restrictions being in place. There are no validity restrictions on the prize so construction of the bar can continue once restrictions are lifted. If the Prize Provider is delayed in, or prevented from, fulfilling any of the prize inclusions by reason of force majeure (including matters related to Coronavirus) then alternatives of equal value will be offered to the winner.

    4. Jack Daniel's Drinks Cart

    4.1 What is included in the Jack Daniel's drinks cart?
    This prize will include Jack Daniel's Old No.7, Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey and Jack Daniel's Tennessee Apple. A selection of mixers will also be provided, these will be Coca Cola, Schweppes Lemonade and Schweppes Tonic.
    4.2 How will my Jack Daniel's drinks cart arrive?
    This prize will be delivered to your door flat packed, ready-to-build in your home. Instructions and components will be included. You will not be required to have any additional equipment to assemble the drinks cart.
    4.3 Can I change delivery?
    If you are a winner you will be able to amend delivery date via a third party courier.

    5. Jack Daniel's Personalized Glass

    5.1 How can I personalize my glass?
    All winners will be asked to input the preferred name/personalized text they want on their glass when they are completing the online claim form on the site.
    5.2 Are there any restrictions to what message I can request on my glass?
    Yes, the Promoter will not personalize glassware with any message that is immoral, illegal or suggests overconsumption of alcohol. There is a maximum of thirty (30) characters including spaces.
    5.3 Can I change my personalized message?
    Unfortunately, once this message has been confirmed it cannot be amended and the glass cannot be replaced. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that all information is correct and that it has been spelt correctly.

    6. Issues/Problems

    6.1 The microsite doesn't recognise my code, or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?
    Firstly, make sure you've entered your code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you've previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again using the same code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.co.uk with details of your query.
    6.2 I bought a bottle of Jack Daniel's but I didn't receive a promotional neck tag with a unique code?
    In the rare instance that you purchase a bottle of Jack Daniel's during the promotional period (either in a Tesco, One Stop, Booker, Premier, Londis, Budgens store or on Tesco.com) and it doesn't have a neck tag on it, we would ask you to contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.co.uk with details of your query and proof of purchase (this must be either an in-store or online receipt from Tesco, One Stop, Booker, Premier, Londis or Budgens dated between 7th April 2021 and 30th September 2021). The customer service team will then check that your bottle is eligible and if so they will provide you with a replacement code.
    6.3 I'm having trouble reading my code, who can I contact?
    Jack Daniel's does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.co.uk with proof of purchase and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 20th July 2021 for the main promotional period and 23rd September 2021 for the bonus draw period to ensure that the request can be processed before the respective closing dates.
    6.4 I'm having trouble entering my details, what should I do?
    Please make sure you are following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you are entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online. If you're still having problems, please contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.co.uk with details of your query.
    6.5 My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the Promotion, how will I know if I've entered successfully?
    A valid entry has been made if you enter a unique code on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed on screen saying whether or not you are a winner and confirmation of your prize.

    Winners of the Jack Daniel's neon lights, personalized glasses and t-shirts will then be asked to fill in a claim form at the time of the win. If this is not done immediately after being notified on screen you will be emailed a reminder and will have fourteen (14) days' to claim your prize.

    Winners of the bespoke home bar will receive a confirmation email and age validation request on the 30th July 2021. Winners of the bonus draw to win a Jack Daniel's drinks cart will receive a confirmation email and age validation request within 7 days of winning.
    6.6 I haven't received my win notification email; does that mean I've not won? (applicable to the Jack Daniel's drinks cart only)
    Please double-check your spam folder and if it's not there please contact the customer service team at jack@winwithjack.co.uk to check if you are a winner.
    6.7 The website isn't loading / working properly. What should I do?

    6.8 I think I might have entered the wrong delivery details. What should I do?
    If you believe you may have entered your details incorrectly, you can contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.co.uk with details of your query. If your prize is not already out for delivery, we may be able to update your delivery details.

    7. The Promotional Website

    7.1 Are my details secure on this website?
    Yes. This website uses an SSL certificate to provide 2048-bit encryption to all of our Promotion participants. This encrypts the data that you send and receive from the site during the registration and login processes. It encrypts your personal information so that it is impossible to read when it travels across the internet.
    7.2 What will you do with the details I provide when entering?
    The details we ask you for are for communication purposes around this Promotion only. We will use them to deliver your prize, and to communicate the status of prize fulfilment with you. If you would like more information on how your details are used, please see our Privacy Policy accessible through the links at the bottom of this page. If you tick the box to receive communications from Brown Forman brands we will update you on relevant news from Jack Daniel's and our partner brands.
    7.3 What is the minimum browser requirement for this website?
