Jack Daniel’s are giving you the chance to Win the Epic House Party plus 1000’s other great prizes with Jack between 00:00 7^th April 2022 and 23:59 27^th July 2022. In England and Wales, you can enter this Promotion with any purchase of 35cl/70cl/1L promotional bottles of Jack Daniel’s (the list of applicable items of which is listed below at FAQ 1.5) from England and Wales Tesco stores, Tesco.com and One Stop stores. In Northern Ireland and Scotland you can enter the Promotion by registering your personal details at www.winwithjack.com but you must reside and be domiciled in Northern Ireland or Scotland at the time of entry into the Promotion in order to win a prize or the prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry into the Promotion.

The Main Promotional Period runs from 00:00 on 7^th April 2022 and ends at 23:59 on 27^th July 2022. The draw for the winner of the main prize to “Win the Epic House Party” will be held on 29^th July 2022. The Bonus Draw Period runs from 00:00 on 28th July to 23.59 on 30th September 2022 and the winner will be drawn on 3^rd October 2022 to win one (1) Jack Daniel’s drinks cart.

To enter the Promotion in England and Wales, you must purchase a promotional bottle of eligible Jack Daniel’s products listed at FAQ 1.5 below, from participating Tesco, Tesco.com or One Stop stores (while promotional stocks last) between 00:00 7^th April 2022 and 23:59 27^th July 2022. Scan the QR code found inside/on the neck tag or promotional pack or visit www.winwithjack.com. Enter your date of birth, full name, email address, full postal address (including country) and the unique 8-digit alphanumeric promotional code inside/on the neck tag to find out instantly online if you’re a winner of one of our 1000s of instant win prizes. If you reside in Northern Ireland or Scotland, there is no purchase necessary so you will not need to enter a promotional code on the site. If you win an instant win prize and your place of domicile at the time of entering the Promotion is not in Northern Ireland or Scotland, your prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry. Depending on the type of prize, winners will either be required to complete an online claim form or be sent an email with more details of how to claim their prize.

An internet connection and valid email address are required to enter the Promotion and to claim your prize if you are a winner.

We are running this Promotion as an exclusive to Tesco and One Stop shoppers. Promotional bottles are available to order from the Tesco website https://www.tesco.com/ subject to availability. Terms apply, see website for details.

You can enter up to eight (8) times throughout the Main Promotional Period and once (1) per person, email address and mobile number per week including the Bonus Draw Period. For example, if you enter at 4pm on Monday, you can only enter again at 4:01pm the following Monday.

You can win a maximum of one (1) instant win prize per household plus the Win the Epic House Party prize. If you enter during the Bonus Draw Period, you can win a maximum of one (1) Jack Daniel’s Drinks Cart. Each code on the promotional neck tag of your bottle is unique and can only be used once.

You must be eighteen (18) years or over to enter this Promotion.

If you are a winner of an instant win prize you will be notified online immediately after entering your unique code and personal details. If you “Win the Epic House Party” you will be contacted within 7 days of the Main Prize Draw being held on 29^th July 2022.

Only residents of the UK can enter the Promotion.

There are two thousand eight hundred and seventy (2,870) instant win prizes to be won throughout the Main Promotional Period. These are split across four (4) different types of instant win prizes. As well as this, there is the opportunity to win one (1) Epic House Party and an additional Jack Daniel’s drinks cart to be won in the Bonus Draw Period.

Bonus Draw Period 28/07/2022- 30/09/2022

• One (1) Jack Daniel’s drinks cart.

No, if you have won, you will automatically be allocated a prize at random. If you are the winner of a Jack Daniel’s limited-edition t-shirt, you will be able to choose the size, subject to availability. You can win a maximum of one (1) instant win prize per person plus the Epic House Party. Jack Daniel’s cannot guarantee that any prize will be allocated.

• For the Jack Daniel’s mini fridges, stainless sleep cups and t-shirts you will be asked to fill in a claim form at the time of your win. If this is not done immediately after being notified on screen you will be emailed a reminder and will have fourteen (14) days’ to claim your prize.
• For the Jack Daniel’s drink cart, you will be asked to fill in a claim form at the time of you win and upload proof of age on site to claim their prize. If this is not done immediately after being notified on screen you will be emailed a reminder and will have fourteen (14) days’ to complete this.
• The Epic House Party and Bonus Draw Jack Daniel’s drinks cart require age validation which will be requested via email within 7 days of your win. You have fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your email confirming that you are a winner to reply to the email confirming acceptance of your prize and to provide sufficient identification (passport or driving licence). After this period, or if you fail to provide sufficient evidence that you are over eighteen (18), the Promoter reserves the right to re-issue or withdraw the prizes as necessary.

• The Jack Daniel’s drinks carts, mini fridges, stainless steel cups and t-shirts will be sent to the address provided on your claim form within twenty-eight (28) days of claim submission. Whilst we cannot be held liable for any delays to delivery, if your prize does not arrive within twenty-eight (28) days please do get in touch with the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.com and we will be more than happy to help.

• If you’ve been sent an incorrect or damaged prize please contact jack@winwithjack.com and we will be more than happy to help.

• For Jack Daniel’s drinks carts, mini fridges, stainless steel cups and t-shirts, please allow twenty-eight (28) days for delivery before contacting customer services. If after twenty-eight (28) days you haven't received your prize, please contact jack@winwithjack.com
• For the Epic House Party prize please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received an email within seven (7) days please do get in touch with the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.com and we will be more than happy to help.

All entrants who enter before 27^th July 2022 will be automatically entered into the Epic House Party Main Prize Draw which will take place on 29^th July 2022. Each unique code entered gets you one (1) entry into the Main Prize Draw. One (1) winner will be drawn at random via an independently audited and verified computer-automated prize draw selection process from all valid entries and notified via email.

If you are the lucky winner of the House Party, Cloud 9 (our prize partner agency) will be in touch to work with you to arrange your dream house party.

Cloud 9 will provide the winner with a selection of epic venue locations to choose from, all of which will be located within a 60-mile radius of the winners address or chosen location. If the winner lives outside the UK mainland, the Promoter will cover travel from the winner's nearest or chosen mainland location, keeping within a 60-mile radius from that location.

The party will be between 7pm – 12am (midnight) and the winner will be allowed to bring 24 guests. The prize winner and their guests must all be over the age of 18.

The winner can select the date of their house party. However, the winner must notify the Promoter at least 12 weeks in advance of their preferred dates. The date of the party must be over a weekend and used before 31/12/2023. The prize must not be taken over Christmas, Easter, or Bank holidays.

The winner and their guests will be provided with return travel to and from an agreed pickup location. Please note, all those who board the mode of transport will have to provide proof of age before boarding. If this cannot be done or they are under the age of 18, they won’t be allowed to board and will be required to return home at their own expense.

Yes, the winner will be able to choose from a set list of DJs or bands and also be able to choose the genre of music that will play.

Yes, the winner and their guests will be provided with drinks and food throughout the house party. See available drink below:

1. 6 x Single spirit drinks per person - the guests will be able to choose from Jack Daniel’s & Coke, Jack Daniel’s Honey & Lemonade, Jack Daniel’s Apple & Lemonade/Tonic or Jack Daniel’s Fire & Ginger; and
2. unlimited soft drinks.

All attendees will receive six (6) x ‘drinks coupons’ to accommodate this.

Food will also be provided throughout the evening and the winner has the choice to decide when and what this may be within reasonable limits.

The Epic House Party will include different forms of entertainment. This may include but is not subject to:

• Dancers
• Magicians
• Photobooth
• Games e.g. pool table

This party is fully bespoke so you will have a choice over the different entertainment or additions you will have. Please note, these are subject to availability.

• All prize elements are subject to availability;
• All guests must be over 18 to attend;
• The prize cannot be taken within 12 weeks of agreeing date;
• The prize must be taken over a weekend;
• The prize cannot be taken over public holidays, Christmas or Easter;
• The winner and their guests are not permitted to bring additional alcohol or any illegal or otherwise dangerous item to the party; and
• The winner must agree to the terms and conditions of the property.

The Epic House Party requires age validation which will be requested via email within seven (7) days of your win. You have fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your email confirming that you are a winner to reply to the email confirming acceptance of your prize and to provide sufficient proof of age (passport or driving licence). After this period, or if you fail to provide sufficient evidence that you are aged eighteen (18) or over, the Promoter reserves the right to re-issue or withdraw the prizes as necessary.

To mitigate any impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, the time period the party can be claimed in has been extended to 31/12/2023. If Cloud 9 is delayed in, or prevented from, fulfilling any of the prize inclusions by reason of force majeure (including matters related to Coronavirus) then alternatives of equal value will be offered to the winner.

This prize will include 70cl bottles of Jack Daniel’s Old No.7, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple for you to share between your friends. A selection of mixers will also be provided, including Coca-Cola, Schweppes Lemonade and Schweppes Tonic.

This prize will be delivered to your door flat packed, ready-to-build in your home. Instructions and components will be included. You will not be required to have any additional equipment to assemble the drinks cart.

If you are a winner you will be able to amend delivery date via a third party courier.

Firstly, make sure you've entered your code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you've previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again using the same code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.com with details of your query.

In the rare instance that you purchase a bottle of Jack Daniel’s during the Promotion (either in a Tesco or One Stop or on Tesco.com) and it doesn’t have a neck tag on it, we would ask you to contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.com with details of your query and proof of purchase (This must be either an in-store or online receipt from Tesco or One Stop dated between 7^th April 2022 and 30th September 2022). The customer service team will then check that your bottle is eligible and if so, they will provide you with a replacement code.

Jack Daniel’s does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact the customer service team by email at jack@winwithjack.com with proof of purchase and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 20^th July 2022 for the Main Promotional Period and 23^rd September 2022 for the Bonus Draw Period to ensure that the request can be processed before the respective closing dates.

Please make sure you are following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you are entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online. A valid entry has been made if you enter a unique code on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed on screen saying whether or not you are a winner and confirmation of your prize.

Winners of the Instant Win Jack Daniel’s drinks carts, mini fridges, stainless steel cups and t-shirts will then be asked to fill in a claim form at the time of the win. If this is not done immediately after being notified on screen you will be emailed a reminder and will have fourteen (14) days’ to claim your prize.

Winners of the Epic House Party and Bonus Draw Jack Daniel’s drinks cart will receive a confirmation email and age validation request within seven (7) days.

If you are still not seeing a win notification email, there is a chance you might have been unlucky and not won on this occasion. You can enter up to once (1) a week and eight (8) times throughout the Promotion.
